Nolan said they do not expect their West Burnside location to be its permanent home and are scouting out new locations downtown. R2DT has the money set aside for the first month’s fines, but Nolan said he doesn’t know if the City plans to collect those fines. Negotiations between the City and R2DT have been brief, and he doesn’t know what the City’s next move will be.
